My entire mindset has changed with regard to taking care of myself through my diet, exercise and sleep routines.
Before working with Pam I had suffered for a long time with digestive health and irregularity and while my diet was not horrible, I was struggling to find a more balanced and healthier way of eating. I started working with Pam in the summer of 2019 and I have to tell you that for the first time in my life (through her suggested changes), my digestive system is more regular then it has ever been and my approach toward eating has changed drastically.
Through her guidance and encouragement, I now think about what I eat at every meal and the impact it will have on my overall health. Being a lifetime Weight Watchers member, I learned that I was too focused on gaining weight and as a result not
providing my body with the fuel it needed to function properly. As a result, I often times had barely enough energy to get through the day.
As a result of working with Pam, I have learned first hand that if you feed your body the good healthy food it needs to function, it will do so and the body weight takes care of itself. I no longer follow my previous Weight Watchers way of eating, instead choosing a healthier and more balanced diet and have been able to maintain my same weight as when I started working with Pam. My work with Pam has been such a blessing in many ways. She is extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about health and nutrition and the impact it has on you as a person. She is also a very kind and caring person, easy going and a real pleasure to work with. I always look forward to my visits with her and the new things I learn from them.
