Yep! Good health doesn’t happen in a day, a week or even a month.
We keep our bodies and our minds healthy when we nurture and care for them in small ways – with good habits – day after day, year after year.
Like brushing our teeth to keep our teeth healthy.
Like washing our hands to keep germs away.
Like putting on our seatbelts to stay safer in the car.
But so many of us think that if we just had a checklist
or a book for all the OTHER healthy habits we need to do,
that we can do them on our own.
Because we all know what to do.
We just need a little outside support to actually do it.
I’m Pam Mathis, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
and a Functional Nutrition Specialist,
as well as a Health and Wellness Coach.
I have spent the last 30 years helping people get back on track with their health & wellness goals so they can live their best life.
That’s why I created the Lighten Up Program
– a 4-week coaching program to help you create and maintain small healthy habits –
one small step at a time.

We’ll work together in a combination of private coaching with me
along with do-it-yourself, step by step practical resources for 4 weeks.

explore different types of movement to strengthen your body and support your metabolic health as you age gracefully – something for every ability.

learn how to nurture your mind, your thoughts, and your breath to help manage stress and overwhelm in challenging times.

learn easy and effective steps to optimize your sleep so you wake up feeling truly rested and ready to start your day!
The Lighten Up Program includes:
4 Weekly Lessons: We’ll focus on a different theme each week to spark change and keep things fresh. Each week’s lesson includes:
- Audio Guide: A brief, informative and motivational message with specific steps to guide you and keep you inspired in your journey.
- Helpful Resources: Handy worksheets, checklists, tools and resources to keep you focused and on track.
- Private Kickoff Session: Before we dive in, we’ll meet one-on-one to map out your goals and set you up for success.
- Celebration Session: At the end of the program, we’ll meet again to celebrate your wins and plan what’s next!
