First, we discussed actual and potential health issues, what foods would be good for me, and what foods I should eliminate. We also chose new and better supplements (confirmed by my doctor).
Over time, we discussed exercise, healthy snacks, healthy substitutes for certain foods, meal planning, eating on the go, eating in restaurants, where to find specific food, and even how to prepare it. I have dropped 30 pounds. I feel, and I am, very healthy.
